Warranty Policy |

1. |
The warranty is only valid for Cafe Viva's customers within it's warranty period. |

Products have a 12 month warranty from date of purchase (unless specified otherwise). |

3. |
The warranty will be void if the serial number or it's label is missing. |
| |
4. |
The warranty will be void if items are written on or tampered with. |
| |
5. |
Repairs must be returned with a faulty report form. Cafe Viva does not deliver repaired items. |

6. |
A 20% handling charge at current price or the original purchase price will be issued for goods being returned after 48 hours maximum of 7 days after original purchase date provided goods are in a reasonable condition including manuals, software, and packaging. |

A 20% handling fee will be charged for goods not being returned with their "original" packaging, software or manuals. |

Should the goods be defective within 3 days of purchase, it will be replaced immediately (dependant on stock availability) after being tested by Cafe Viva's technicians. |

CafeViva will replace or repair the items if a performance failure has occurred within the warranty period. Items that can be repaired by CafeViva will not be swapped out. (Swap-out does not include: monitors, speakers, scanners, UPS) |

A component will be declared void and out of warranty if goods are mishandled, struck by lightning or power surges. |

11. |
Cafe Viva does not carry any cables, software or ink cartridge loss for booked-in goods. |

CafeViva is not liable for any loss of data that may occur during repairs or swap-outs |
| |

7-DAY D.O.A. (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) WARRANTY ON CABLES FROM DATE OF PURCHASE INVOICE |
